2018 MLB Hall of Fame inductee Trevor Hoffman joins Ron Barr on Sports Byline USA to discuss his playing career, including getting started in the pros as a shortstop before converting to a pitcher. Trevor also gives Ron some insight into the nuances of pitching, both from a starter’s perspective as well as a reliever’s. He also discusses the role his parents and family had in shaping the type of person/athlete that he ultimately became, and what it means to him to have been elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame.
